Question: How can we contact you?

Question: How much is shipping?

Answer: For Australian and New Zealand customers we offer flat rate Standard Shipping at the cost of $8.50, Express Shipping is also a Flat Rate of $12. If you place an order over $100 you are eligible for FREE Shipping!
For the customers outside of Australia and New Zealand we offer a flat rate Standard Shipping at $20 and Express for $25. If you place an order over $200 you are eligible for FREE Shipping! 

Question: Where do you ship to?

Answer: We now Ship WORLD WIDE

Question: How long is Handling Time?

Answer: If you place an Order before 2pm on a Business Day your Order will be sent off the same day. If purchased outside of this time frame it will be sent the next available Business Day. Please keep in mind sometimes there might be a slight delay in processing.

Question: How long does shipping take?

Answer: Generally our Aus and NZ customers receive their orders within 2 - 7 Business days. Rural areas however can take up to an extra week to arrive (all depends on Australia Post). Please allow extra time during our Holiday Seasons.
Outside of this could take up to 2 weeks depending on location. For more accurate times please visit the Australian Post Website.

Question: Where do your products come from?

Answer: We source most of our products here in Australia because we are strong believers in supporting our local community.

Question: Do you have a physical store? 

Answer: We are working on Opening our next store on the 8th of April!

Question: Do you do Wholesale Orders?

Answer: At this current point in time, we do not, however we are open to the idea. If you are interested please send us an Email: amygracec@outlook.com
